1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and WhatsAll, based in Mumbai, India ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using WhatsAll software or this website, you accept these Terms in full.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WhatsAll for lawful business purposes. The Demo edition is provided free with a 20-message lifetime limit. The Premium edition is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access for the licensed user.

3. Permitted Use

• You may use WhatsAll only to communicate with recipients who have explicitly consented to receive messages from you.
• You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and India's IT Act.
• You must honor opt-out requests promptly.

4. Prohibited Use

• Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing.
• Impersonation, harassment, or distribution of illegal content.
• Reverse engineering, redistributing, or sublicensing the software.
• Sharing your license with other individuals or organisations.

5. No Affiliation

WhatsAll is independent software and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WhatsAll is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, or that your third-party messaging accounts will not be suspended, restricted, or banned. The user assumes all risk associated with running automation on third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsAll's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including account suspensions, lost revenue, or delivery failures.

8. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. By purchasing, you agree to the gateway's terms in addition to ours.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WhatsAll after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
