Try before you buy
Every user can download the free Demo edition (20-message lifetime limit) before purchasing Premium. We strongly encourage testing the Demo on your hardware to confirm compatibility.
7-day money-back guarantee
If WhatsAll Premium does not work as advertised on a supported system, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing care@whatsall.site from the email used at checkout.
Eligibility
- The request must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.
- You must include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
- You must provide our support team a reasonable opportunity (1–2 exchanges) to diagnose the issue.
Non-refundable cases
- Refund requests after 7 days from purchase.
- Issues caused by violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. spamming, account bans on third-party platforms).
- Discounted purchases made with promotional coupons exceeding 50% off.
- Loss of access due to actions taken by Meta/WhatsApp on your messaging account.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the Razorpay gateway and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, the corresponding Premium license is revoked.
Cancellation
WhatsAll Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You may stop using the software at any time.
